  • We show up for you during difficult times and listen to your story. No judgment. You will be heard and seen. We can share from our own journeys, and encourage and comfort you with understanding that comes from lived experience.

  • We offer a steady presence through the highs and lows. Consistent care that builds meaningful connection over time.

  • You are not alone in this. Many people with anxiety and depression feel like the only one who struggles with exhaustion, intrusive thoughts, fear, sadness, lack of motivation, and loss of interest in almost everything. 
    I've been through this too, and I know how dark it can get. You don't have to figure this out by yourself anymore.
     

  • You decide what we focus on. If you want to explore DBT, CBT, or mindfulness books, we will read, learn, and practice together in ways that fit your life. If you bring in things from therapy, we can work through them together, side by side. If you just need to problem solve, we will bounce ideas around. You choose the direction. I show up, listen, and help you take the next step.
