We’re here to listen to and understand your struggles and feelings, our similar experiences allow us to connect on a deeper level.
Further, we can explore books from various evidence-based therapeutic approaches (DBT, CBT, etc.) and collaboratively learn, reflect, and apply the techniques discussed. If you have therapist-assigned homework, we can work on it alongside you to help keep you accountable, thus ensuring you get the most out of your therapy.
